Ensure all furniture is disassembled and securely packed in its original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the collection of your return shipment.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
